MEET CHEF JOHN GRABECKI
John has been a chef for over 14 years working in some of the best kitchens in the world, most recently doing his own pop up restaurant in Seville called Gitana. Delivering a theatrical fine dining menu and excellent Spanish wines. Before this he was a Attica which at the time was the 20th best restaurant in the world and the best in Australasia.
Currently working as Head Chef at Chateau Rigaud which resides in the beautiful Aquitaine Countryside near Bordeaux. Trained By several Michelin Starred Chefs, Including Michel Roux, the Galvin brothers & the Pied a Terre group john has learnt lots of different cuisines helping him to grow into the chef he is today.
